The anti-woke campaigner brought legal action against Meta – … – after the company’s artificial intelligence chatbot falsely stated he took part in the riot at the US Capitol on 6 January, 2021, seeking $5 million in damages.

Hold up, you can a convince a chat bot to say something bad about you and then sue that company into giving you a job?

What the fuck is happening right now?

A lack of pictures of my extended family.

Videos of my nieces figure skating are the primary reason I haven’t deleted my account

Pretty sure you can download that stuff if you want to save it. I could be wrong, though. I deleted FB, Insta, and all that jazz at the start of the dictator’s first term.

Just wait until you learn how many leftists are still on Xitter even after 2024 2020 2019 2018 2017 2016 when it was Trumps main outlet to win the election.

    Zuckerberg is such a coward.

He bends over backwards for even the slightest change in wind, like VR or a fascist govt. He dropped open-weight llama at the first experimental stumble.

Mark my words, if a mega liberals got into power, he’d fire this guy and act as woke as can be.

From the way American mega-corporations are going all-in on this, it seems like a long-term choice; so I think it’s one of two things: the shareholders are demanding that they go full republican (which isn’t happening AFAIK), or they’re trying to survive because they know something you don’t.

Disclaimer: not a US citizen/resident, but sad to see this happening tbh.

Edit: or it’s short-term and caused by Trump pressuring everybody to do controversial stuff in order to distract the public from the Epstein files.

Silicon Valley elites quietly became deeply entrenched in some wild god-complex groupthink over the last 5-10 years, and it aligns fairly well with fascism.

Delete your facebook accounts, and anything else related to this company. If your argument is that your family still uses one, then force them to get rid of it too.

Meta seems to really want to overcorrect… they demanded Meta remove their diversity policies, so Meta said that they’d do one better and just start stringing people up in the office.

I feel like a lot of the anger at transexuals is because men don’t want to be confused as women

The ones with femine features who rely on their clothing and social norms to be identified as a man.

If all I saw was the thumbnail, I probably would have unintentionally misgendered this piece of shit. They treat women like property so their main concern is if someone treats them like a woman.

So they insist on a strict adherence to gender norms to avoid people confusing them with what they consider to be “lesser”

Reactionaries decry “identity politics,” because it’s literally all they have; they’re the ones pushing to make their list of prescribed identities the only socially acceptable ones.

They loathe women who jump their station and get a “man’s job.” They’re disgusted by trans people who won’t accept their assignment to either pump out babies for the oligarchy or mainain white Christian supremacy. They’re enraged by immigrants who “don’t belong.”

The identity that they care about most though is “conservative.” You can get away with anything so long as you fly that particular freak flag and pretend to apologize. They’re narrow-minded bigots who should be ostracized in any civilized society.

I mean, “both sides” act like the other is crazy, but it’s all normal human variation.

About 20% of people are going to be super into a leader who uses violence to obtain compliance, and are always ready to personally do the same.

There’s always been that slice of humanity and there always will be.

It’s just if we let that ~20% run the show, shit is going to suck for the other ~80%, and also a lot of that ~20%.

We need to understand why they’re like this so we can mitigate their influence on society on a larger scale. Or even better, get a “strong” progressive leader that gives them the warm and fuzzies they desperately need to stop being such pieces of shit.

That’s why I put it in quotation marks…

But writing them off as evil idiots clearly didn’t fucking work

So maybe we should try what’s most likely to work to stop the concentration camps, instead of what gives you the warm and fuzzies.

            Right?

Or is being angry and fighting about shit more important to you than fixing things for the betterment of everyone?

Because not all that 20% has an R by their name, and I’m pretty sure you just put yourself as an example of that

it’s close, but what your observation actually shows is their hypocrisy.

most transphobia is caused by bioessentialism. people think that there’s something “inate” to you assigned gender/sex at birth. to them, that makes them special and fitting of a certain role.

when you tell people that you can change genders, they freak out, because that means that the traits they think they have isn’t inherent to their gender at birth (being assigned a man at birth doesn’t make you manly inherently).

this is why when you see a lot of terfs, for example, justifying why trans women aren’t women, they use things like the ability to give birth, having to take care of the household, primary/secondary sexual characteristics to justify themselves. they cling to the idea that afab people have something inherent that amab people don’t, so that they feel like they have those traits, and that it makes them better.

Taking the example of a cis man that has feminine features and that hides it, because they feel insecure and need to prove their masculinity. There is nothing wrong with that, admit that you don’t lie to yourself, by saying that your “inherent masculinity” gives you more masculine traits that someone who’s afab could never have.

TLDR: people who are insecure about their gender prop themselves up by attaching themselves to inherent traits that they think others could never have. anything that goes against that breaks their mind.
