Some Americans are resisting in tons of different ways. There have been 24/7 “music festivals” (ICE protests that get labeled as music festivals because Tiktok will take down videos tagged with protests.) in LA and Portland for months now. Americans have been shot defending their neighbors, ICE agents have been shot.
It’s important to remember that the Billionaires control the news and they won’t air anything that makes it look like the common folk have a chance of resisting.
More reason public non profit news and radio is essential.
Also the reason those things are so expensive to run.
Show up in large groups, and show up ARMED.

Ironically the US Holocaust Museum is basically a part of Israel’s PR wing and has done extensive work in whitewashing Israel’s modern-day Holocaust in Palestine, even saying that “Never again” only means “never again for Jews” and genocides of other people is OK. It is okay, a lot of people cannot accept the truth that the US has been a fascist nation for a long time. Depending on how you interpret the revolutionary war it was always a proto-fascist nation.
According to Umberto Eco’s requirements, the US was Ur-Fascist for quite some time. I tend to agree with that.

“Countless” is a bit of a stretch, and really isn’t until the 1900s but yes in general that’s some imperialistic bullshit. Things that were kept from everyone for decades because they wouldn’t have been able to do it if it was out in the open. (Now is a very different time that has taken them decades and trillions of dollars to manufacture.) A closer look at any of those operations will reveal the usual suspects of militarism, racism, and enormous oceans of money. Those persons did not make up the whole of the country, then or now.
