It means that someone changed the text.

Unfortunately they DO notice when you actually take sick days. Avoiding taking sick days isn’t so much about thinking you’ll get rewarded as it is about trying not to get punished.

Are they supposed to? I didn’t infer any link between them. I just thought they were random slang words from that era, contrasting the different feel they have.

Self crashing

It depends. Does the toaster brand have a known, documented history of doing exactly that and you bought it anyway? Also, is the toaster company run by a Nazi?

Mine just carried different colors of “cola”.

I’m at 75, and it’s really the limit of what I can stand. Occasionally I have to lower it to 73 for an hour or so to pull some of the humidity out of the air.
