A good criminal justice system ought to have comprehensive mental health services as part of the goal of rehabilitation. Therefore, for his own good, he should be in prison and we should reform the prison system.
Never forget that Elon Musk has built his fortune on many many violations of the law, including SEC violations and breaking employment laws. This ghoul firmly believes that his is of a privileged class that is permitted to do this while you are not.
