I’ve been kinda wanting the progressives to split off from dems for a while now but honestly the shitty dems splitting off from progressives is probably better. Let the people that actually want to do right by their constituents keep the democratic party. All those “center left” people can go create their bullshit third party and fuck off. Chuck Schumer will have no choice but to change parties, for the sake ofIsraelAmerica and endorse the third party candidate.This could be great for progressives. A lot of voters don’t pay attention during primaries and only vote for Democrats because they’re ostensibly left-wing. I can’t see someone like Elissa Slotkin having any viability when she’s not camping on the de facto progressive space.
