No argument there. I’m very glad to have had GPS whenever I’ve been on a boat/ship, but if I absolutely had to, the BSA taught me to use a compass and astrolabe with a current OSRS chart.

I mean, he was a victim of the wrath of Poseidon, not that much you can do about that when at sea.

Which sort of paints Poseidon as incompetent. You’d imagine that the God of the sea would be able to reliably kill people at sea.
