A bank will practically shit themselves to give people loans that can show that an initial investment of less than $500,000 to $750,000 (for a 150 acre farm) will produce an average of $1,200,000- $1,500,000 per year every year for the next 25 years.

Edit: but I originally got the Internet in my house in Aug of 1986. I was almost 6 years old. I’ve been on the Internet since before it was the World Wide Web. Back in the days of BBSs, and MUDs. By the time I got that UIN, I was already 15, and heading to university.

I’m reasonably certain that I may be among a few hundred people that never went backwards on our connection speed, and had 24 h access to ISDN by 1996, and never have lost Internet access since 1986.

They don’t allow cameras anywhere near these places. Heck, they will tell the inmates in a normal jail that if you even attempt to talk to inspectors you’ll get thrown in the hole. They ensure that the stuff that should be reported, never gets noticed or talked about.

Anyone in education with a functional sense of self preservation, much less morals and intelligence. I did my undergrad TA work in a middle school and high school. I basically chained myself to the nearest woman staff member the entire time I was on the campus, and there were several times I had to grab literally a random staff member so that one, or a group, of the girls didn’t corner me in a classroom by ourselves. I’m certain that none of them had any interest in me, but I’m not a good judge of that, and wasn’t taking any chances at someone claiming that I did something untowards to a student.
