For basically as long as they’ve been around, I’ve mostly dismissed the Murphys as “too Boston” (which, in this sense, means dickish Boston Irish). But these last few years have really shown me I was just an idiot and they are exactly the kind of Boston Irish I want around.

If I had to guess, he’s a Florida landscaper or contractor, because that’s their MO, but just because it’s commonplace, doesn’t mean you’re not complicit for choosing not to share the information.
Saw these guys at Louder than Life in 2024. It was muddy as fuck because it basically monsooned the day before, and was still drizzling on and off that day. I was soaked to the bone, covered in mud up to my thighs, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Definitely one of the funnest, most high energy performances of the whole weekend.
