After faltering in his plan to found a new ‘America Party’, the world’s richest person is returning to the GOP fold

In the aftermath of his spectacular falling out with Donald Trump last year, Elon Musk blasted the Republican Party as a corrupt force that was “bankrupting” the United States of America.

But now, after months in the political wilderness, the volatile tech baron has indicated that he will once again devote his enormous fortune to electing GOP politicians, this time ahead of the midterm elections in 2026.

“America is toast if the radical left wins,” declared Musk on X Thursday. “They will open the floodgates to illegal immigration and fraud. Won’t be America anymore.”

Billionaires spending craptons of money convincing poor people that even poorer people are their enemy is never good for the world.

Dude there is no radical left in the US. There’s different flavors of right, one of them is inconvenient to con men. Thats it.

Yeah, the radical right is doing a great job running the country. Housing is affordable, groceries are at an all time low, and unemployment is actually at a net negative. They’re just giving jobs away at every corner!

Fuck you, Elon. Eat shit and die. Convince your friend Trump to eat a big bowl as well.

The amount he will spend will be proportionately far less than the rest of us spend on general insurances. He’ll also claim this as a tax deductible. So it gets him further tax savings and keeps him more likely to stay in a position of power and influence. Fuck that. Tax the billionaire class.

Yes because your foray into politics was so fruitful before. Maybe he’ll actually destroy his career this time like he got close to last time?

Tesla’s stock creeps ever higher because the insane casino that is Wall Street hangs on his every word. “Well sure, people refuse to buy his cars,” they say. “But now he says it doesn’t matter.” They’re betting on the taxi fleet and humanoid robots taking over and fixing everything.

The level of hopium among that bunch just amazes me. I was thinking they might have one of the highest P/E ratios, but there are apparently many companies with even higher P/Es.

Some of those seem to be medical research outfits, and my guess is that people are gambling on some incredible moonshot kind of thing. I guess people believe fElon’s claims about robots, taxis and their “AI”, but given his track record on delivering an EV for rigs, let’s just say I’m a bit skeptical. The guy also seems to be distracted by a million other things that have nothing to do with running any of his companies.
