When I want to fly in my dreams, I play games where my character can fly. After playing Warframe for a while, I can’t fly, but I get more and more bouncy in my dreams.
Closest I ever came to this was I once dreamed I could drive car with a manual transmission.
Nothing likes floating around with wisp or titania and dreaming about it a bit.

I assume dinosaur laughing is when a dinosaur laughs at your inability to escape getting eaten by the subject dinosaur.
