Ever since someone pointed out how tiny her shoes are, it’s all I can focus on every time a new comic is posted.
wait she has shoes? at first i thought she just had talons like a velociraptor. women are so confusing.
Seriously though, our dog can’t stand any tension between me and my SO and will try to mitigate it if there is any.
And he usually succeeds.
They only thing I learned is that man’s best friend will solve all issues. We truelly do not deserve them.
So … the dog wants some?
What is the third character in that cursive word supposed to be?
I read it at “haragban” which seems to translate to something like “in anger” from Hungarian.
As a hungarian i can confirm thats what it is.
Thank you.
That is so not an ‘r’, but I think you’re right.
That is how some cursive scripts write the “r”.
See here under “subclasses/looped”. I learned a similar variant in Germany.
Edit: The US uses D’Nealian Script for teaching handwriting, which has a distinctly different lowercase r.
That would explain it. Thanks!
I wish my wife ever wanted to initiate anything like this.
Buy a dog
Eastern comics were ahead to the time
We don’t like this cuz it feels like they’re only into each-other for sexual reasons and when they have a problem that should be discussed they just huff and puff at each-other until the family dog tugs at them and they have sex which never solves the problem. :/
I read it as them both failing to stay mad at each other when they think the other is willing to show some cheeky affection, despite the bad mood. It doesn’t mean they won’t work out whatever problem started this, but by the dog “breaking the ice”, they can do so with better moods, working together rather than as opponents.
So, I think it’s really cute. I think reminding yourself of your feelings for your partner, even when you have a disagreement or miscommunication, is often hard but important.
I guess but it’s definitely feeling like sexual tendencies being the temporary solution to some core issue. IMO: sex is from loving someone, not the other way around for us (and for our partner too) when we have issues we chat about it.
