I lost my job because of cuts in May. I haven’t been able to find full time employment since. I’m not sure I’m going to recover.

Edit: I wasn’t asking for sacrifices. Just suggesting ways you could help yourself if you found yourself with time on your hands.
Genuine attempt at being helpful:
Can you sell the house and rent instead?
Got any cars you or the family rarely use?
Basically: Can you downsize and give yourself / your family more padding in savings, less ongoing costs?
With all due respect if I lose my house then life isn’t worth living anymore. I don’t own a car. I don’t have a family.
Could you rent out a room?
