Let’s be SUPER generous to murderer Jonathan Ross and say that he was severely affected by the dragging incident and was triggered by the situation. Who in the chain of command that put an unstable man back in the field, AND ARMED HIM, will also be going to prison for the death of an unarmed innocent civilian?
The Gestapo will never release the name of the murderer. They will ensure that justice is never served.
