For what it’s worth: you absolutely can say those things. There may be consequences, probably bad ones, but you can definitely say those things.
I think you can say you want to kill the president, in America at least.
Republicans can say “trans must go” and it’s not seen as a death threat, so I’d say yeah he can.
SCOTUS says POTUS has immunity for official acts. If he issues an EO to “kill you”. It’s no problem.
