Guns are surprisingly cheap. And considering that if you decided to be an assassin your life would be effectively (or perhaps literally) over, it’s not like you would need your other possessions anymore. If you were serious you’d sell them. You’re not. You’re waxing rhetoric about how someone, anyone, who isn’t you should do this for you.

2 people have tried to assassinate Trump. They failed, and it’s doubtful if the one who survived will ever be released from prison. That alone is a pretty compelling reason why nobody else wants to try.

It is ridiculous to me that in a country full of suicidal mass shooters, none of them pick worthwhile targets.
