Do you keep a diary of your illegal activities? Would you allow someone else to have that?!
And even if such a thing would exist, is there any reason to keep such a list after the party? After the planning? After the rich and famous left? No man, the only thing that remains are photos, memories and crazy stories.
Sure, there are people who went there. Sure, there was crazy, scary stuff going on at those parties.

Epstein seems to have kept photos and videos of his clients to blackmail them. It would be easy to create a list of his “clients” and the government certainly has created such a list, to charge them or at least they should have it or be able to do so easily.
Look, believe what you want to believe. At this time there is zero proof. Only words as “seems” “we believe” “should”.
In absence of any proof I suggest (as does King) that it’s very plausible that this criminal, as every other criminal ever (except serial killers) did not keep evidence of his criminal activities. For me thats a “duh”.
(And if all this foreign agent stuff is even just somewhat true than that list does exist but it will never ever see the light of day because in the hands of an agency such as Mossad, cia or whatever it’s a very, maybe even the most valuable tool. Which, to us mere mortals, has the same net outcome. No list.)
