To be fair…the Canucks never rioted. The fans did. Just sayin’.
Hooligans did. People went downtown with the full intent of starting riots, win or lose
it’s interesting because sometimes teams are held responsible for the way their fans behave, and get docked points and such.

As a mild correction, Canucks fans actually can’t handle failure. Which is much worse!
The last two times they’ve been in the Stanley Cup final, they lost in game 7 and the entitled fans rioted like crybabies.
I guess there’s something to be said about Philly. If we happen to burn the city down it’s because we won.
Philly can have a little riot as a treat, but only if they’ve been good at sports
Making it to the finals is a success, and they should be able to handle that.
They don’t make it to the finals all the other years and don’t riot then, which is a bigger failure than making it to the finals and not winning.
