Template is based on Monty Python - Bridge of Death
Bridgekeeper : How many beans are in a can of kidney beans?
Sir Lemmylot: What do you mean? An African or European can?
Bridgekeeper: Huh? I… I don’t know that. AUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGHHH!!
Maybe an Owl carried the coconut here.
What? an owl carrying a coconut?
The template image is in the wrong order! Banned.
I did this because it looked better this way… and it was totally 100% intentional :D
Ima say it. I dont inelderstand the owl thing as I didn’t understand the bean thing either. Still won’t send me back to reddit though.
Owls are just cool and mysterious. They’ve been around for over 60 million years, but from them being a very solitary and largely nocturnal type of animal, there is still so much we don’t know about them. There are still around 250 different owl species. They live on every continent except Antarctica. There are so many different shapes, sizes, sounds, colors, etc. Every part of them is specialized and they have many anatomical features we don’t have that would be so alien to us. Even their feathers are different than all other birds.
Here’s a few of our favorites:
White Faced Scops
Flammulated Owl
Bay Owl
Morepork
I do most of the posting, and I’m focused on animal rehab and education rather than meme type things, so it’s a bit different than you may be expecting. It still may not be for everyone, but I think there is a lot of information that would please anyone with an interest in animals or science.
What’s there to understand? They are simply superb!

The owls are not what they seem
Times like these I miss the niche communities of Reddit. r/Superbowl was a great sub.
🥺
Sneaky feathery bastards know how many licks to get to the centre of a tootsie pop, don’t let your guard down
