In a lawsuit filed Tuesday, the D.N.C. sought to compel the government to say whether it plans to deploy armed federal officers in this year’s elections.

    I mean cool…

Republicans: No we don’t plan on doing that now.

Republicans at election time: ok send the troops. Hey we didn’t think we were going to when you asked previously! What are you going to do about it?

The answer: we have to show up anyway, even with the threat of violence.

      First of all, VOTE.

Sign up to be a poll worker, election judge, election observer, etc. Volunteer to drive people to their polling place. Volunteer to escort voters who are most at risk of intimidation or suppression, especially if you’re a white male. Use that privilege for good.

Okay, what are you going to do if he does send troops? Nothing? Call the election illegitimate and actually combat the fascists?

Yes and no; these asshats have an aversion to admitting ANYTHING as they’re convinced it will be used against them.

Q: “Is the sky blue, yes or no?”

Anyone in the Trump regime: “We all know that the sky exists, AS IT HAS for forever. Furthermore, any idiot knows what color the sky is. If you want to know what color it is, just walk outside and raise your eyes. This entire question is a hit job!”

Ok, I’ll admit I’m surprised to see the Dems have have relocated their cojones. That’s good, but let’s take it to the next level and find a way to prevent the government from a literal and complete nosedive into martial law?
