We already lost. Trump got bullied/suckered by Israel into this mess without a clearly defined American win scenario. Israel has one and they are getting it. The US does not, because Trump is weak and catastrophically dumb, ignorant, narcissistic, and incompetent.

We… we lost two THAAD radar arrays, already.

        https://defencesecurityasia.com/en/irgc-destroys-second-us-thaad-system-uae-radar-qatar-early-warning-iran-missile-dominance/

We… can’t intercept too many missiles without those.

They’re like $1.5 billion USD each, roughly adjusted for inflation.

And… I think there were only like, 12 of these things, total. Anywhere. As of a week ago.

We reportedly have been trying to take away the one we use in South Korea, to redeploy it.

This is … beyond completely tits up.

Trump is saying the US Navy will just escort any willing vessel through the Strait of Hormuz.

And… what, we’re gonna use all our fleet defensive systems, to … shoot down the missiles that Iran can build 10x faster than we can build interceptors?

Taiwan is now completely fucked, if anyone hasn’t figured that out yet, we will now almost certainly not have enough missiles to repel an invasion from the PLAN and PLAAF.

This is… extremely bad situation, if you are generally a fan of yourself and other people not dieing a violent death.

They’re moving at least one from S Korea to replace one of the destroyed ones. Hopefully it gets blown up too.

            Double post, but…

            Its confirmed.

            https://www.koreatimes.co.kr/southkorea/defense/20260310/us-moving-parts-of-thaad-anti-missile-system-from-s-korea-to-middle-east-report

The United States has been moving parts of its Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) anti-missile system from South Korea to the Middle East, the Washington Post reported, citing two officials.

The reported movement of parts of a THAAD missile defense system comes amid media reports that the U.S. military stationed in South Korea has shipped out some of its military assets amid an intensifying war in the Middle East.

“The Pentagon is moving parts of a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system from South Korea to the Middle East,” the report said.

            https://www.chosun.com/english/world-en/2026/03/10/MSS6VLC4ARGEZPD6W7NJNFJ344/

The United States, engaged in a war with Iran, has begun relocating part of its Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system deployed in South Korea to the Middle East, the Washington Post (WP) reported on the 9th (local time), citing two U.S. Department of Defense officials.

The South Korean THAAD system appears to be being at least partially dismantled and redeployed.

… against the wishes of South Korea.

            https://www.koreatimes.co.kr/southkorea/defense/20260310/s-korea-regrets-transfer-of-usfk-air-defense-assets-to-middle-east-lee-says

The Korean government has expressed its opposition to the transfer of some U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) air defense weapons to the Middle East, President Lee Jae Myung said Tuesday, but stressed that the move will not weaken the country’s deterrence against North Korea.

Speaking at the beginning of a Cabinet meeting in Cheong Wa Dae, Lee addressed the growing debate over reports that some U.S. air defense batteries stationed in Korea have been transferred abroad.

“We have expressed opposition to USFK transferring some air defense weapons according to its own military needs, but it is also the reality that we cannot fully enforce our position,” the president said.

“If you ask whether this creates serious obstacles for our deterrence strategy against North Korea, I can say with certainty that it does not,” he said.

I mean uh, pressing X to Doubt on that last part, obviously you would say “Don’t worry, everything is fine,” … but yeah, we, the US, appear to be using the South Korean system for parts, and SK President Lee says he can’t stop us from doing so.

Meanwhile, Trump is utterly losing his shit, and in, what, less than two weeks?, has gone from ‘we are going to let Iran liberate itself’ to ‘we will make it virtually impossible for Iran to ever be built back as a nation’.

            https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/116202054617775180

If Iran does anything that stops the flow of Oil within the Strait of Hormuz, they will be hit by the United States of America TWENTY TIMES HARDER than they have been hit thus far. Additionally, we will take out easily destroyable targets that will make it virtually impossible for Iran to ever be built back, as a Nation, again — Death, Fire, and Fury will reign upon them — But I hope, and pray, that it does not happen! This is a gift from the United States of America to China, and all of those Nations that heavily use the Hormuz Strait. Hopefully, it is a gesture that will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

… back when Trump did Midnight Hammer, the strike against the nuclear sites in Iran, I compared him to Kefka… evil whiny clown.

Death, Fire, and Fury will reign upon them — But I hope, and pray, that it does not happen!

This is completely insane. This is the logic of an abusive husband, but directly applied to 10s of millions of people, applied by a man with hundreds to thousands of nuclear weapons.

            https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/opinion/us-military-operates-e-6b-mercury-mission-to-maintain-nuclear-triad-communications-during-emergencies/ar-AA1XNCv9

Flight trackers detected the Boeing E-6B Mercury, a U.S. aircraft used for nuclear command and control, flying over the Gulf of Mexico on March 9, 2026. The military uses the aircraft, often called a “doomsday plane,” as an airborne backup command center if ground systems fail. Observers often interpret its appearance on public flight trackers as a signal that the U.S. nuclear deterrent remains active.

Its main purpose is to send secure messages to submarines carrying ballistic missiles. Communicating with submarines is difficult because they operate deep under the ocean, where normal radio signals cannot easily travel through seawater.

… To overcome this challenge, the E-6B Mercury uses very low frequency radio signals that can reach submarines while they remain submerged. The aircraft deploys long trailing wire antennas during flight to transmit these signals. This system ensures submarines remain connected to command authorities and continue to serve as a highly survivable part of the nuclear deterrent.

            https://www.wionews.com/world/trump-deploys-doomsday-nuclear-command-planes-to-west-asia-amid-ww3-fears-1773071562944

Flight-tracking data has captured multiple launches of the Navy’s E-6B Mercury strategic airborne command aircraft since the war in Iran began, the Daily Mail reported.

Two E-6B Mercury flights were spotted over the US on March 2, one travelling from the Gulf Coast and landing at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Maryland, and the other taking off and later landing back at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska, according to the Daily Mail.

Since those flights, there have been reports from military news outlets of more E-6B launches heading across the Atlantic to the Persian Gulf.

If we do not stop this demented idiot and his regime, we will responsible for destroying the world as we know it.

Americans born in the 40s and 50s had such a gilded path set out before them by WW2, and now they think that young people can’t afford homes because of starbucks and avocado toast.

The British did ok after the second Boer War.

The empire of Japan did fairly well after the Russo-Japanese War in 1905.

The empire of Japan also did great after WW1 come to think of it.

The states did enjoy the Spanish–American war result.

Really kinda requires a strange mind or a willfully ignorant one to not recognize that wars often have winners and that is a reason they keep happening.
