The States have the authority to prosecute these people for their crimes and even if you don’t think that they will face any investigation at a federal level, there is no statute of limitations on murder and a host of other crimes.
Demanding that this be solved tomorrow is not constructive because it is not possible. There are processes in place, that are outside of the control of the executive office, to handle an out of control Executive (and Judicial) branches.
Congress has the real governmental power in the US Government. Congress can impeach and remove a President. Congress can impeach and remove a Supreme Court Justice. Congress can cut off funding for Executive operations.
That all depends on people in Congress being willing to do their jobs. Unfortunately, we have a bunch of sycophants who’s role in this fiasco is to paralyze Congress in order to prevent it from acting. Those sycophants can lose control of congress in the upcoming mid-terms if people actually vote.
