As a therapist working with a philosophy of individual empowerment, and seeing it work every day, I’m glad to have my view of life. It’d suck to feel like we’re all just like plastic bags being blown about in the winds of fate!

Did you learn about people fooling themselves with comforting, self-serving illusions in therapy school?
