The 5th and 6th amendments say otherwise.
Your vaunted Constitution lasted about three weeks and fell to one South African and a handful of red-pilled Xenialls.
Then those without trial must be presumed innocent. There’s your answer, ya orange bitch.

The whole taking people to a foreign island having them rot in a prison “awaiting” “trial”, made our founding fathers quite mad and so they put some little things in our constitution. If there is one thing the founding fathers would still agree on, its that everyone everyone get a fair trial in a timely fashion. If there isn’t enough money, cut some of the corporate kickbacks or maybe try actually collecting taxes from the rich.
Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it.
These TRAITORS always forget that their weaponizing of government is a two-edged sword. First chance we get, we’re going to use it on them, except they’ll deserve it.
they heard of death squads that went after the dictators after thier govt falled.
the constitution says otherwise
TRAITOR
Plain and simple.

Cool, so no trial for you for treason, just straight to the gallows, right?
Don’t need to give everyone a trial. Just you, Donald, just you.
He already got one. He was guilty and got away with it anyway cuz 'Merica or some shit.
If Deportation doesn’t require a hearing then Impeachment & Removal doesn’t require a Congressional vote. Full stop.
You can always expect Trump to say the quiet part out loud, the US justice system has always only really favoured the extreme rich.
Sounds like he wants a civil war because that’s how you get a civil war
Basic human rights are too much of an inconvenience for the regime. He thinks it’s unreasonable to give people due process even though he himself has greatly benefited from it.
“We can’t give everyone a trial!”
Smash cut to 250 years of giving everyone a trial.
