What is Plenary Authority?
Plenary authority refers to a single government official having absolute power on a particular matter.
According to Cornell Law School’s Legal Information Institute, in the U.S., it is recognised as “complete power over a particular area with no limitations”.
Couldn’t find an article with video, but here’s the clip:

It’s not just disconcerting that he said the president has full and unmitigated authority…
It’s that after he said it, he realized his best move was to fucking pretend he froze. That’s how real it is, he just isn’t supposed to say it yet
And since CNN refused to press it and went along with an obvious fake freeze, they get an obligatory: Fuck CNN.
CNN has done a lot of bootlicking between this and the “text interview“ they did with Trump
Again. He said it again.
The man has said all of this before, he just had some mental “event” happen this time that got too much light to shine on the nonsense he babbles, so now liberal America is suddenly looking at this weird little freak. I mean, I guess it’s good, but I feel like I’m taking crazy-pills here, when I heard Miller saying YEARS AGO that the president has “total authority” and the “power to do whatever he wants.”
They have been quite open about it, if only people would actually listen to them…

Wouldn’t a “Dark Enlightenment” be an “Endarkenment”?
Yes, but they ain’t of the smart and erudite kind, their vocabulary is more limited.
That name does get a good little snicker out of me, it’s just silly. Too bad it’s proponents are serious.
And apologized to this piece of shit. As if there’s a technical issue that makes his mouth suddenly stop moving while the rest of his body continues to move.
Fuck me, real life supervillains are such goobers. I hate it
