If I’m ever on a jury for someone accused of doing anything to an ICE officer. You will not be convicted.

Not that I would see one, but I dream of the day I get a resume with a gap in 2025 or they outright say they worked for the regime. I won’t call them out, but I will happily shred that resume.

Why not call them out? They should be in prison in your scenario, not applying for jobs.

Gap in 2025 could also mean being in prison

You can sue the federal government. Qualified immunity keeps these assholes from facing any consequences at all.

Technically vigilante consequences always are on the table, problem is that the likelihood of getting away with it is slim. Well at least until the feds fucking imploded on themselves and given how they fumbled the whole Kirk situation we’ll…

I do not encourage violence. But I do find it hilarious.

The FBI is gutted, your chances of getting away with any crime are drastically higher

But the risk of them making shit up and planting evidence went up equally as high.

Sovereign Immunity is often misapplied and used to keep you from suing them too.

“I love watching communists get body slammed by ICE,” MAGA darling Laura Loomer posted. “Communist and Palestinian. Pick a struggle.”

The same Laura Loomer that was just up in arms about the reaction to Charlie Kirk’s death?

They don’t even bother with putting daylight between the two opposite positions. I guess why bother.
