🤦🏻♂️ nope. The same rights apply to all, or none. Your personal options are yours regardless of your profession. Your don’t bring your personal problems to work, or your opinions. I guess if old people bother me, I shouldn’t ever be allowed to work in a retirement home? There’s a separation between your job and your personal life regardless of what they are or “how they could intersect”. If you can’t keep them separate, then there’s a problem.
