Yup. Even if we eek out a miracle and elect a majority Democratic House and/or Senate we still have a Dictator in the Whitehouse and his admin has sprinkled loyalists all over the country. Why would ANYONE want to travel to the US anymore? So many other cheaper, nicer, and safer places to stay where you are actually free and not surrounded by a police state.

Local school is still going ahead with their class trip to US because they booked it before the shitstain got elected. They’re crazy - half the kids are brown and some are clearly 🌈 so I wish them the best but can’t imagine it’ll be flawless. They’re not planning another one though obviously.
Those who bought flight tickets will still come. Next year, they probably will go to Canada. Canada is close enough to enjoy the north America culture without the prejudice

I’m just one retired bloke from the UK so hardly representative, but my wife and I were planning a visit to New England next year which has now been binned for the foreseeable future. Canada is looking favourite at the moment.
Our east coast is absolutely beautiful, P.E.I., Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland all amazing places to visit

I transited through LA once on my way to Canada over 10 years ago now. That 5 hour experience alone was enough to make me say I don’t ever want to even fly through this shit hole again, let alone leave the airport and visit the country as a whole.
I can only imagine how much worse it is now with all this vile bullshit going on.
