Putting aside the evil of Peter Thiel, which I’m sure everyone else will elaborate on fully, if you’ve ever heard this guy speak, listening to a whole ass lecture by him would be hellish.

I think the idea is that your body is sending you a signal that you have too much on your plate and to relax a little. Unfortunately for us the human body didn’t do most of it’s evolving under modern conditions so that signal might not be a lot of help when you’ve got a boss and landlord etc breathing down your neck all the time.

Maybe if you’re getting it tailored or something but off the shelf it can be a crapshoot for us, too. I have “32” jeans that range from hanging off me to I can’t wear them comfortably.
