The fact that you think ACAB is a USA problem says a lot about your first paragraph. Please do not speak on behalf of French people.

Thanks !!

Love it ! What’s the band/song ??

In addition to Moebius, you can also check out the Valérian et Laureline comics. They fit the script (but they are so much more !)

In memory of Dr Frank-N-Furter?

Afaik Belgians don’t use huitante, Swiss people do

Swiss people do. Belgians still use four-twenty, alongside septante and nonante, which is a whole other level of absurd

Euro size. Big shoes.

The highly unstable part is a selling point for the 5th republic, directly inherited from De Gaulle, who was more inspired by a military style chain of command. Parlementary negociations and proceeding are not optimal from this point of view (one of the reason why the French defeat is attributed to the 3rd Republic, which is somewhat exaggerated). Same for the 4th Republic, it didn’t fail because of the war in Algérie but was ended by De Gaulle as a condition to his return to power (at a time where generals in Algérie were organizing a coup to support him).

Level clear, you win! Vibes (that’s a Tom Cardy video/song)
