Well… If you found your way here, it might mean I said something that triggers you enough to check me out.

No problem. Feel free to disagree with whatever it was, just know that I usually make an effort to not engage with anything I may perceive as a provocative or that won’t lead anywhere, or reply to things I don’t believe merit discussion.

If for any other reason, be welcome and cheers.

  • Well, I mean…Not for nothing, but Texas being one of the reddest states there is, and even being willing to double it down by heavily gerrymandering themselves for Trump worship, means that they did vote to serve their deep state and oligarch overlords. Which is quite ironic for the small government party. And that’s coming from me, who believes in the potential of AI for humanity in the long-term, but only if used responsibly and not at the cost of people’s quality of life to satisfy the corrupt elite.

But then again, irony is in their DNA, starting with all their preaching about “keeping kids safe”. Speaking of which, Trump files where? I need to check if Epstein’s name comes up in those.

  • Well… If the wife doesn’t wake up it might be better to just let her get her much needed rest, as well as enjoy some peace and quiet at long last. Plus the ambulance/coroner visit might not be cheaper than a shovel from home depot.

Don’t worry if she starts smelling bad after a few days, it’s natural.

As for the cat, figures. With all the chaos they might as well take advantage of the situation and enact their plan to take over mankind as the dominant species.

  • Yup. Just saw it and came back to check if someone had already replied the obvious before I could. Thank you.

What a joke of a justice system. Things are where they are because as slow as Fat Blob Trump is, he’s still faster than the law. By the time they finally decide to actually state his actions are illegal it’ll be last year’s news already, while another judge’s order gets paused on the latest scandal of the day.

If the law were any good neither him or his ilk would even get the chance to run a first term. Because many of them would be jailed for all sorts of crimes, and the rest wouldn’t dare to act with fear of the consequences. Weak men create hard times.

  • Lemme guess. He’s gonna appeal and another judge will pause this decision while they take their time to review the appeal, because Trump shows daily how deserving he is of the benefit of the doubt.

Meanwhile things keep escalating and people get hurt.

    Right?

Keep giving fingers, keep losing arms. Trump relies on shortsightedness to advance, and there’s plenty to go around. You falter, he swallows you whole before you can even react. Be cordial, get taken advantage of, like a sucker. 100 out of 100 times. Guaranteed.

  • I’m not even joking when I say some individual humans, much like cells in a person, start becoming severely harmful to the whole organism - attempting to spread chaos across the whole body.

We have several of these “human-shaped cancer cells” around the globe, and unmistakably, Trump is one of them.

Him, Musk, Putin and the whole lot of them who think themselves Gods on Earth are the species’ very cancer manifest.

  • While I believe this may very well be the case (there sure are big red signs pointing to it, beginning with Musk) - it won’t do much unless there’s hard undeniable proof. And I mean, the kind of unignorable nuclear bombshell where they start scrambling and telling on each other to save their sorry behinds as a last ditch effort to salvage anything they can.

And even then hardcore MAGA will still call it fake and in their desperation go even crazier before anyone has a chance to take them out of power.

Besides, “every accusation is a confession”, as if by accusing their opposition of doing something it gave them the justification of “they did it so we are free to as well”. You know damn well Trump wasn’t going to leave it to fate a second time, especially after failling his insurrection to stay in power the first time.

  • It’s not about fighting for “my (twisted) view” of a fair world. It’s about me finally having the chance to act upon my wet dreams of power and cosplaying as the ‘badass’ image I always wanted to be, and how empowering it is to be able to pick on the weak.

I bet you, these are only ‘cosplaying’ as elite soldiers fighting an imaginary war because cosplaying as superman or batman would be far too obvious and non-threatening in real life - seriously, who wouldn’t laugh at these clowns who think they’re serious shit? Otherwise you’d absolutely see the barely-laughable Justice League or the wannabe Avengers going down the street dishing out ‘justice’ cartoon-style.

Peace and Justice are only as strong as the willingness to recognize and punish those who break the rules. If there’s no consequences for breaking the law all of those pretty values aren’t worth anything, and anarchy ensues.

  • So according to his justification it’s “to prevent what happened to Europe”. The Europe which heavily aided the US in the retaliatory invasions post 9/11 through NATO’s Article 5, also the same Europe that has seen the floods of people fleeing the warzones in hopes of finding asylum, not to mention a large increase in terrorist activity in several of its countries? The Europe that’s still dealing with the middle eastern fallout while US sits safe far away with the “big, beautiful ocean” in the middle? That Europe?

Funny. I thought Europe (like NATO) didn’t help the US in any way according to them, some countries (cough cough UK cough cough) didn’t even see war for the last 40 or 50 years, right?

There’s a very special place in hell for the human-shaped plagues who torment mankind at large. A special place fit for certain men with funny mustaches or orange skin.

  • I mean, every apologist and defender of capitalist apocalyptic hellscapes will have that view, sadly. So long as it makes them an extra buck it’s good for them, consequences to society or environment be damned.

As an European who does advocate and see value in the use of AI, but not at any cost, I’ll take his opinion as a compliment. As they say, “I want AI to do my dishes while I create art, not for me to do the dishes while the AI produces insta-art”.

And eventually if AI gets capitalistically out of hand and leads to many people in service-based economies to poverty and unhappiness we’re sure to see a revolution to restore balance, as many times in history when a few elites made things unbearable for the rest of the population. AI is here to serve humanity, that’s where the value is, not to serve only a select few.

  • My first thought seeing this news was “Why would Trump get such a plane for other future Presidents?”.

Firstly, Trump being Trump would find a way to make the plane personally his, even placing some of those special Rolls Royce-made silent engines he likes so much. Secondly he already has his own Trump Force 1 to compete with the current AF1 - would he really be able to see another president flying around on his lux-plane while he has to return to the “poor-billionaire’s” TF1?

Smells like yet another small sign that he isn’t really planning on leaving. Seems like he’s just getting his own upgraded Trump Force 1 under the guise of presidency, using taxpayer money, to serve him until he dies - not until the end of the term - and spend a heck-a-ton more taxpayer money in operating costs to fund his weekly golf trips.

  • Ha ha, yes, such a joker that JD. Totally not a cowardly sleazebeg acting as a “good person” and testing the waters on controversial stuff like a certain orange president likes to do… He’s learning well.

I really hope this is the World Cup with the least international attendance in recent memory (should really be 0, but that’s sadly too unrealistic) . Don’t spend your money in the US, if FIFA wants your fan money they should relocate the world cup to somewhere without threats.
