there are other, more robust, ways of fingerprinting images than hashing the data. I’m not sure how it works exactly though, but I can imagine it is not completely different from how shazam can pick out a song in a noisy environment.

I thought the rule was that it has to be at least the same components. Like mcdonalds images are super styled, but all the things on the picture are at least present pn your burger.

Executive orders are a ridiculous and undemocratic notion to begin with, but the US does have them (together with Liberia, Nigeria, the Philippines).
