We’ve got dumb cunt politicians over here in Australia who think he’s amazing and are trying to set up their own version of DOGE while government jobs are being destroyed daily. We’ve still got antivax protests flying Trump campaign flags, and I used to work security in a building with a local right-wing politician’s office who had a framed Trump flag on the wall. Trump, the people controlling him and the people enabling him are doing so much damage to everything that no, it’s no comfort at all.

The problem with this term is that he was handed a playbook to dismantle our democracy, so he doesn’t need to push his own agenda, he just needs to follow a script. If it was his own agenda, I don’t think it would be as effective.
The problem is that he devout followers are barely phased. He’ll leave a power vacuum, but his followers are still losers.
