Trump is a convicted criminal. I’d rather count the times per week he’s spoke a lie publicly. Or the estimated number of people his policies have killed. Or the number of war crimes he’s committed.
Really, as a convicted criminal, Donald Trump should be spending more time practicing the fine art of shutting the fuck up.
My dog will sneak food whenever no one’s watching, and she knows it’s wrong, but it doesn’t stop her. When we eventually catch her she acts very guilty about it because she knows she did something bad or that she did something she wasn’t supposed to do. She keeps doing it though, but shows remorse or at least guilt when caught.
My dog, who eats cat turds from the litter box, displays more human emotion than this steaming pile of elephant dung.
I agree with your basic premise but anybody who holds any public office should not be granted full rights, leaders need to be forced to give up most of their privacy rights including the ability to invoke the 5th. We need to be sure that they are not lying to us (even state sponsored lies, as a single lie from the government voids any notion of “democracy”) that they are not able to be blackmailed/easily coerced, and that they are accountable for their actions.
Ah, if only someone would second amendment him.
