In the Netherlands, if you wanted to take more than 3 weeks, everybody got nervous/angry. Here 4* weeks is absolutely normal. Some combine it with parental leave. Every year there are a few that take somewhere between 6 - 10 weeks and NO ONE blinks an eye.
