Is this a subtle admission that they cheated? Or is he just implying that he injected so much cash into the campaign that he changed the campaign calculus. I fail to understand how money won the election. Supposedly the dems had over a billion dollars during the campaign, and they lost. So, then whats he trying to say? Money has decreasing returns after a certain level.

At the very least, he was affecting the election through Twitter algorithms. In that sense, he spent billions getting him elected
