Isn’t this just a Robot Chicken skit but in a comic format?
This isn’t by anyone involved with that show, but it’s funny that you should ask. Robot Chicken was based on Twisted Toyfare Theatre, which was a comic strip made with photos of action figures that had run in a toy-collector magazine since the 1990s.
At any rate, comic strips made with photos instead of drawings have been a thing for a century or so. This strip has been running since 2017, and used to be all Transformers until the artist began throwing in other random toys.
This is pretty cute.

The OG cut was universally hated, the Snyder cut is actually pretty acceptable. Other than being 4 hours long.
4 hours? Yikes I’ll need to plan a day to watch that.
It is broken into parts so you can watch it in episodes like a TV show.
