This is very much just plain mental illness, but if you want to use it to justify being annoyed at all Americans in general, more power to you I guess.
It’s not about being annoyed by Americans - I simply have seen this kind of behavior nowhere else: People who are total nutjobs, and happily announce it to the world like this.
