Russia’s dwindling birth rate has been one of President Vladimir Putin’s main worries during his 25-year rule and with Moscow having sent hundreds of thousands of young men to the front in Ukraine over the last four years, the problem has only worsened.

    No one is required to have children. Being a parent is a choice. And it’s ok to decide not to have children. If people are pressuring you to have kids, tell them they are free to continue to procreate.

        Just watch them be the next to implement a “one-child” policy, but instead of a maximum it’s a minimum.
