      Title’s been changed. And the man is now the “alleged driver.”

      On the plus side for this instance, it now blames the car. Which, if he’d been on a bicycle she’d be alive, so.

      I guess if you have to be killed by a car, asleep is the best way to go.

        Is it better that it blames the car than the driver? I think it would should blame who or whatever truly is at fault.
