I used to work in automotive manufacturing. The amount of parts to build cars cannot come from just America. It’s impossible.

Ford doesn’t sell the Focus anymore because the US hates reasonably sized vehicles.
If people can’t afford cars, they’ll just create subsidies using middle class tax money.
