Where is lawbreaking not just visible, but designed to be seen? Where is antisocial behaviour worn as a badge of honour? Where is pleasure gained directly from causing distress? And where is reckless endangerment often ignored by the police or treated with the mildest of punishments? The answer is on the roads.

      People racing around you at night sounds like a problem of everyone. If enough people are affected then the council will surely listen

        And writing articles about a problem is not a valid way of getting more people to support your cause and convincing politicians to address them? How are people supposed to get their councils to do something without complaining about it?
