Ducat was a “trade coin”(not usually a legal/single state currency) that started in the late 1200s Italy, and was still used by Austra in the early 1900s.

The same type of people who fall for scams. And older people, although that’s redundant.

Well technically they’re warming people up for full blown death-camps.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Bill Maher is the definition of smarmy. He personifies the concept of that smug asshole who pretends to not know common media because he thinks it makes him appear more dignified. When in reality it just makes him look like an idiot to anyone who doesn’t buy his act.

I’m so tired of linux memes posted/made by people who don’t know much about windows or linux.

A big part of it is that most of the people they put in charge of departments have no idea how those jobs are actually done. They have little to no background in the field, and think it can be done just like some cushy private CEO position where you basically “network” all day and just demand impossible things now and then.

Just look at the facts: These are the places where you have to preserve the life of a fetus just because you can hear a heartbeat

Women have been forced to carry dead fetuses, which will kill them from sepsis as it starts to decompose.

And the people who voted for it will deny it ever happening, until something similar happens to someone they know. Then they’ll cry on the street corners about how unfair it is.

Remember: Scientific studies have shown that many conservatives are cold hearted and stupid, by demonstrating a clear correlation between conservative thinking/behaviour and lower than average cognitive ability and empathy. And literally every single one of them think they are a super genius and they think most people secretly share their political views.
