Wikipedia says it’s attributed to King David but doesn’t give more context. Maybe cursing someone that betrayed him?
If that part of the picture was fake they wouldn’t have correctly portrayed the shadows of the banister spindles below the wall mounted handrail (in the reflection). Not visible in the direct view because of the spindles themselves.

and estimated:
r=4 (from some at the top left)
h=12
This gave 603. The link said too high, so realized I’d neglected packing factor. Google said that spheres typically pack at 64% efficiency, so I guessed 386. Too low.
