she, her, etc. (for any one or all of us).

plural, and may use both “we” and “i”. it’s complicated, but “i” is most often by the girl amongst us who does a lot of the feeling emotions and other stuff, as she is most often “at front”.

more about that

that girl (we will call her tani) runs much of the show, and does a lot of the feeling and perception, but a lot less thinking. while most thoughts posted are contributed to by multiple of us, tani’s thoughts in particular are again, more emotional. examples: “we love the pretty views” and “i wanna snuggle our plushies so badly”. the former could be shared across many of us, but for the latter, many of us do not do that direct decision making to begin with; really only tani does.

still, others of us may use “i” too!

  • for the style we prefer, typically some potatoes and corn starch or flour, mixed with some egg. add seasoning, then put a little oil on a skillet. to the mix we may also add some pepper or onion, perhaps some more finely diced strawberry too.

as for the “traditional” (but not where we grew up) american style, we have only tried making it a few times, but we managed to get something pretty alright. we used flour and a little sugar also, but opted for yeast instead of baking soda, also adding some malt extract and butter (or heavy cream with a little egg). one time we subbed out the sugar for molasses (per a suggestion by sister), which we liked but there are some who would absolutely hate it hehe. this style also seems to go a lot better with fruit!

honestly we kinda throw whatever ingredients into the mix by feel and it generally seems to turn out pretty well hehe :)

  • being in the united states, it seems that especially here on west coast being able to cook properly is not a very common skill. in the east it was much less of a problem, but out here like… we’ve seen others try and cook meat with microwave ovens on uh several occasions.

we have never seen pancakes that thick, but pancake mix is very much a real, actual thing that quite frankly, tastes not so good, and is surprisingly tricky to actually cook. good tasting pancakes (even at restaurant) are very rare to come across here unfortunately.

on the bright side though, this means that if you can cook, you can make tasty stuff for those around you and they’ll do like anything you ask of them in return. oh and we mean ANYTHING, no matter how lascivious :33

  • while this is not real, something similar in principal very much was! (but not too widespread)

see here or look up “casino dos malware”

uh in short it erases “the disk’s” (unsure which) file allocation table (pretty much the dos/windows version of a superblock). apparently some versions did copy it to memory and give the user a chance though!

  • edit: i have little experience with the religious subject at hand, and so this should be taken with a healthy share of doubt. i express my gratitude to those who respond to clarify and communicate more accurate and complete information. :)

interestingly, alcohol (ethanol) is not exactly haram. i have seen many instances (primarily from chemstores/chemical suppliers) of ethyl alcohol marked as halal! this article on some malay government website looks to provide a brief overview of the topic. they also had a more lengthy article (doi:10.24191/sl.v18i1.24338) about the subject too, and halal certification services has this (doi:10.1016/j.tifs.2016.10.018) slightly harder to read but still intriguing review.

i am by no means experienced in this subject (if you are feel free to reply!) beyond reading the labels on chemicals and using it for cleaning. in short though i think the important thing for alcohol-containing substances to be halal is that you don’t consume any with too high an ethanol concentration, either if there’s the possibility of intoxication, or poisoning (considered attempted suicide and thus haram, going by the above sources). if its high concentration stuff used for cleaning or production but not in the final product, it can be acceptable, and so can very low concentrations even when consumed (the body would have to ingest so much that it would have other issues like low sodium prior to any intoxication).

remember, sharia law is much like any other form of law: it’s riddled with complexity, opaqueness, and tons of loopholes!
