The vice president has to invoke the 25th amendment and then needs a majority of the cabinet. The president can fight it and then it takes a supermajority in both houses to not get kicked out.

So not going to happen. There was speculation for a bit if the reason for a Trump/Vance ticket (to everyone but Trump) was that the campaign and superpacs were betting on a 25th and Vance taking over.

This is my biggest argument for socialized healthcare. The military can do it for all the families and it’s pretty fucking good(servicemember healthcare is garbage). Most people walk away from a childbirth only spending a few hundred and only because the hospital cafeteria is criminal pricing.

Citing something is NOT true is trying to prove the negative. Most regulations are just blanket requirements and don’t say each and every organization that has to follow it. Shit, we had to follow state regulations for pollution and waste control as well.

No they aren’t. Exemptions can be granted for small cutouts, but they are still held to federal regulations. A cup of fuel on the ground or any more than a drop of oil in the water triggers a mandatory reporting that the CO can be held personally liable for.
