Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but as someone who has had both within the last 3 months, I’d say Pizza Hut edges out Little Caesars by a fairly large margin.

It’s a little over one percent of their total stores. Last year they closed 1451 stores, so this isn’t some sort of new record. The important bit is the potential of Yum selling off the brand, which I think is honestly a good move. Pizza Hut is falling WAAAY behind Dominos and needs an injection of fresh energy. A new owner might bring that.
I’m glad I blocked the blahaj.zone instance just to get it crossposted into a barely relevant community.
…sigh. Here I go blocking again.

Let this be motive. Let one of the previous officers have been involved in the murder.

Trump is losing the narrative. He spent so much time talking about Biden and Obama policies and how he was going to fix them, and then when he implemented his fixes and they didn’t work, he just doubled down that they did because back then, his sycophants just believed anything he said. Now that everyone can see him for what he is, he can’t hide behind the lies anymore. Even my parents, who were staunch supporters of his during both elections, have gone quiet. Couple that with the current state of ICE, his threats to Canada and Greenland (and Iceland by idiot-proxy), and the glossing of the Epstein files, there is a lot of ammo against the Republicans going into Midterms. Its no wonder he keeps pawing around the idea of skipping them entirely. He’s running out of time before falling over the cliff. Trump got away with what he did because he was a useful idiot. However, they overfed the beast and he got fat. Now he’s gotten too large and is blocking the progress that the GOP thought it was going to make. How long before they stuff his bloated political corpse full of dynamite and blow him off the beach?

My bologna has a first name, it’s P-A-N-Z-E-R.
My grandmother’s treasure chest was actually treasure. Gold and precious stones hoarded from the overwhelming fear of another system collapse where the dollar became worthless. The Great Depression made a lasting impression.
That’s how I read it.

Here’s hoping they have more than three blocks of city streets to race on…
I hope he died hopeful. I hope that he thought, even up to the last minute, that the shitheel he sold his soul to would come through. I want his last moments in this life to have been a vain belief that he was going to be saved. Nothing soothes my black heart more than knowing some worthless cunt died wrong.

I feel like deporting someone who is in a vegetative state is a human rights violation. Kinda feels like it should be a human rights violation.
Have I got news for you…

I need someone to discover a deep love for Jodie Foster.

With a book cover I can grab the book and read the flap to get an idea. This poster is all I have to go off of. Furthermore, I do tend to trust my instincts with both book covers and movie posters. If someone doesn’t put the effort into them, arguably the simplest thing to put effort into in the grand scheme, what else did they cut corners on? We don’t live in an age where there is some entertainment desert and we go to the movies just because that’s the thing to do on a Saturday with your best girl. I can just not watch this, ever, and I won’t really miss it. The poster’s job is to make me want to watch this, and it doesn’t. Maybe some people are intrigued, and in that case, it’s doing it’s job, but I’m likely pretty close to the target audience for this kind of movie, and it isn’t landing with me.
An example that comes to mind immediately is the poster for One Battle After Another. Ostensibly a movie that I should have been STOKED about. That poster was fucking TRASH, though. One of the worst in a very long time. I kept hearing about the movie, though, and from people I trust, so I watched it. Turns out, I didn’t like the movie. It cut corners on plot and character development the same way the poster cut corners on effective advertising.

I have no idea what the plot or premise of the movie is, but just by the poster this feels like a Kill Bill rip-off. I hope that isn’t the case, but it’s not making it easy to think otherwise.

I literally said this as soon as I heard about Venezuela. He’s gonna go after Columbia, and then he’s going for the Panama Canal. If anyone is surprised by this, they haven’t been paying attention.

So, when we gonna look at Congressional stock records and see who bought Chevron shortly before this went down?
Really served this one up on a platter.

Be quiet!
I appreciate that his helmet strap isn’t locked. Accurate.
