I consistently used males and females in some contexts but I’ve noticed that it often still comes across as weird when talking about humanoids.

I think without instructions most people would need help due to not knowing what a partition is. So depending on your interpretation of incapable this seems like a huge exaggeration. The Linux installers with GUIs I’ve seen at least explained how to set them up.

I do it IRL because I don’t normally swear and it feels wrong. As such it’s usually only relevant when quoting.

Maybe they should be a responsible driver and look at the road instead or better yet take public transit.
