I test drove it, was a little cramped in the front, banged my elbows making turns in a parking lot. The back door handle is really high up, doesn’t work for shorter passengers. The ride is was really good and I love that regen is triggered when pressing the brake. Stopping felt natural. I also drove the Subaru trailseeker and it drives very similar, but bigger in the back.

I’m in the process of running a 6-20 outlet for ev charging that doesn’t heat up mt panel or cause a huge draw. 240@16Amps is like 6+miles. Which means my commute is charged up in just under 3 hours. Yes, I could just hardwired something more exciting, but I want to slow charge my battery, but give it at least 240v to avoid the losses in winter.

These ebike laws are a mess. I went through the hassle of getting mine registered with a license “plate” as required, but I have yet to see any other bikes in my area with the plates. To make things worse, the registration only last one year. :(

I typically had double types on my first gen pre and had to add tape to the battery to keep it in place, but the pre2 was awesome. I also can the custom kernels to try different schedulers. Good times
