We need to un-alive computers. Not in the weird censorship meaning, we just shouldn’t have made computers ‘alive’ in the first place and need to un-do that. The computer should not act like a person.

Oh i love this. I might grab these frames, map the yellows to reds and give it a dither job so i can print them out on a brother thermal printer that supports black-white-red thermal adhesive paper. I slap stuff like this on my laptop and music gear and give them out as gifts.

Honestly it’s one of my favorite purchases, got it used for like 80$. And you can get 3rd rolls for paper refills. Getting an image to a true 3-color palette with dithering while keeping the character of the original can be a process, the type of dithering you choose may change for a very dark image versus a very light one versus one with a lot of detail or a lot of color contrast. In my experience one often looks better and when there isn’t a standout they all usually look about equal.

Anyway, this rules. Do you have a patreon or anything like that for your work?

they’re tiny images (or badges, or buttons) you put on your website! :3

they’re often called 88x31s because that’s their resolution
