I think begging overstates it. I think I asked one question on there and no one answered it, so I did the work and figured it out and posted the answer. And then I got random questions for years like I was some expert on something I used once. Then they somehow rewrote it by someone else and deleted my account. Hopefully Poi fixed the thing I was asking about and it’s irrelevant by now because that was ten years ago.
Shrug
It was handy at the time as a sort of shared snippet collection with explanations and arguments about why it was or wasn’t good. But for all the jokes about stack overflow copy paste coders, it wasn’t coder Mecca or something. I lost use for SO long before AI replaced it.
Why would you ask a question to see it closed immediately and be insulted on top of it? No thanks
This was already answered in a reddit thread from 2019. This comment is redundant and should be removed.
On top of it, op lacks basic thinking skills and stinks of mackerel.

Are you one of the knights who say “Ni!” or a mod on stack overflow? Or … FRENCH?

It was good in the beginning. During the content fillup. Hell I answered hundreds of questions.
Asking a question was agreeing to be abused. You have to followed the rules exactly to maybe get a useful answer.
